The 600m² fenced garden with its lush greenery is shared with the owner. A grill invites you to spend leisurely evenings outdoors under a starry sky. There are secure parking spaces right in front of the house on the enclosed site. The apartment occupies the ground floor of a two-storey residential house. The owner lives on the upper floor. It consists of a living and dining room, a kitchen unit, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room provides a TV with cable and satellite channels, a CD player, a radio and a wooden table with a wooden corner bench, as well as matching chairs. The kitchen unit is equipped with a gas stove and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The three bedrooms each have a double bed (180 x 190cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and wardrobes. One of the two bathrooms has a bath with a shower attachment, while the second has a shower cubicle. Both also provide a washbasin with a wall cupboard and mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A cot is available. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and you can use the reliable wireless Internet connection in your apartment free of charge. Your apartment is only about 50 metres from the sandy beach and just 200 metres from the centre of the little town of Pag with its romantic coastal promenade, 20-kilometre-long sandy beach with crystal clear water, shops and colourful souvenir stands, as well as a good range of cafés and restaurants. The owner on the upper floor is happy to assist with any queries. He speaks English and Italian.
