Two of us felt right at home here, the sofa bed was very comfortable and made relaxing easy!

Compared to other places I've stayed in Paris, this one had solid heating and a peaceful atmosphere despite being downtown.

Simple but cozy for short stays with all essentials provided for a nice visit.

Got around solo without hassle thanks to nearby public transport and a clear workspace to plan my days.

A very pleasant stay. All facilities as described. A couple of recommendations: 1) Bathroom sink does not drain very well. 2) Some improvement in the signs to release the security gate on the ground floor since we thought we had to use the key 🔑 and this could be considered a fire 🔥 hazard. I had a delightful experience at this studio, The contemporary amenities made it feel modern and fresh, Plus, being so close to Place du Châtelet was a major highlight, I could easily walk to many attractions,

Absolutely loved this spot! The host was incredibly welcoming, and we felt right at home, The studio was beautifully decorated and had a lovely vibe, perfect for a romantic getaway, Walking to nearby cafes was a bonus!

The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from station Chatelet and Forum des Halles, There are numerous shops and restaurants in the vicinity, Supermarkets such as Franprix and Intermarchie are only 3 and 10 minutes away respectively, The double bed and sofa were both sizable, however, converting the sofa into a bed can make the room seem cramped, Both the shower and toilet were clean, Although there was a washing machine, we didn't need to use it, There was no dishwasher, so dishes had to be washed by hand, Cleaning supplies like sponges and gels were provided, They also provided ample shower gels, soaps, and toilet papers, Replies to our queries were prompt, I would recommend this house for couples with a single young child at most,

Great location and lovely apartment, however the beds could have been more comfortable to sleep in as they were quite hard and it might be useful to know that there is no door to the shower cubicle but a curtain, Otherwise a very nice, neat and clean place, and very easy with good instructions and pictures of the check in process

This studio apartment was amazing, I am eagerly looking forward to the next opportunity to come back, Extremely tidy, everything functioned perfectly (wi-fi, appliances, etc,) and the location was unbeatable (although that may vary per person), Less than a two-minute walk to metro Etienne Marcel, on line #4, which is a fantastic metro line, There's a fantastic bakery just a block away, Only one easy flight of stairs, I was by myself and there was more than enough space, but it could easily accommodate a couple with one or two small children (thanks to the sofa bed), The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, and the linens were top-notch, The host was excellent with communication throughout, I highly recommend without any hesitation!

Joffrey's location was fantastic and they were extremely helpful during our visit! Everything was within walking distance and near the subway, The place was spotless and easy to locate, I highly recommend it!

The stay was amazing! I adored the area and the place was spotless— just like the pictures, There are plenty of bars and restaurants around, It really gave me a sense of being a local! Quick tip, when opening the door, remember to pull it towards you to fully turn the key,
