The area is peaceful, nearby to different locations and excellently linked, The flat is compact but we felt very at ease, There were two adults and two kids, and it was adequate, we just used the flat for eating dinner, sleeping, and breakfast, All is very fresh, decorated stylishly and kept clean, The WiFi was somewhat slow but it wasn't an issue for us, Should we come back to Paris, we'd definitely stay here again!
Overall the apartment is good and well located, However there is an annoying smell in the bathroom which is difficult to remove, There was also a lack of crockery, only one cutlery for two people,

We appreciated the proximity to public transport and felt the value for our money was excellent, There was only one coffee pod for multiple nights which was a bit frustrating but not a major issue, The bathroom emits a foul sewer odor that permeates the entire apartment, I suspect the host is aware as they had several air fresheners to try and mitigate the smell - but it's ineffective, Overall, if you can tolerate the smell, it's a decent place in a walkable neighborhood,
Excellent for a city trip!
