I have already sent an email twice and once called Belvilla with our findings and asked for a response. This hasn't happened yet. It would be nice if this email is answered.
Nice house, weekend stayed with our son and family (4) and we (2). House spacious enough room with 4 goes but tight. The rest of the week with just the two of you. In the winter it's nice that shops are around the corner. You can also take beautiful walks from here. All missing items from previous reviews are now present.6 is possible but 4 is better when it comes to sleeping, partly because there are 4 sleeping in an attic room.Huis itself feels nice.
Everything said in previous reviews is correct. Well renovated, attractive and comfortable house in a central location in a lively town. Sleeping comfort good, but more 2+4 than 6 people. 4 sleeping places in a small attic, 2 of which have a mattress on a slatted base on the floor. Seating area for up to 4 people. Shower comfort excellent. Cuisine excellent. Inventory sufficient (for example, unable to find a bread knife, cutting board, kitchen towels or dishes). No e-lock, but a key safe. Of course also great for contactless check-in. The available parking space that is being written about is just a public car park, the nearest of which is only 200 meters away on foot. If full there are still 8 more or less around. Do not experience nuisance from busy traffic or the catering industry in the street. Apparently well insulated. A minus for us were the steep stairs without a railing with creaky (and some even moving) steps. We missed an outdoor space, but of course we knew that when we booked. All in all, a must with an excellent price/quality ratio for anyone who finds shops and restaurants around them more important than an outdoor space and the car in front of the door

very nice and modern house, close to everything. Ideal for a family with two children. Very friendly owner! Good contact. Perhaps the kitchen equipment (cutlery, plates, cooking pots, knives, etc.) could be a little better. For the rest, highly recommended.
This is a fantastic triplex, super equipped with a very modern kitchen, all the trimmings, spacious living space, beautiful bedrooms, perfect bathroom, ideal to completely relax, Without Corona, the location is ideal to enjoy the many restaurants , but you can also do it perfectly with corona, Everything is very well cared for, feels like new, and if direct contact with the lady goes very smoothly and amicably, We went to both Delhaize and Carrefour in the area and there are the people very friendly, almost unseen, like me the town itself, everyone spontaneously says hello when crossing, This was a great stay and we will be back very soon,
