The house has the best location in the park. It stands in a quiet cul-de-sac and is completely fenced in. Opposite the house is a large playground for the children. This holiday home in Zeewolde has 4 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Ideal for a large family on holiday. The house has a south facing terrace with beautiful views, which you can enjoy while drinking your favorite cup of coffee.
The center is 6 km away, where you can shop. If you like golf, you can play a friendly match 500 m away. A stone's throw away you can dine at the local restaurants. In the supermarket 4.8 km away you can do the daily shopping needed for your stay.
This child-friendly house is in a quiet location. There is a small fence to the water so that small children cannot easily reach the water. In addition, children's comfort has been taken care of with two cots and a high chair. There are parking spaces for 2 cars. You can spend the day in the garden on the sun loungers by the pond side, or prepare tasty meals in the open kitchen. Two kayaks are available for guests to use free of charge. The property is completely fenced, ideal with dogs. The bedrooms on the south side were fitted with electric roller blinds in 2022. All rooms have underfloor heating. There are also towel radiators in the bathroom. You park on the property in the courtyard behind the gate. The entire property is fenced. You can let your dog run free.
Due to the peace and quiet, it should be quiet in the park at 22:00. It is also not allowed to play loud music during the day. An electric awning was installed in 2022 to provide enough protection from the sun on the terrace

We waren aangenaam verrast door de ruimtelijkheid van de villa. Het was perfect voor onze groep en we waardeerden de vele badkamers. De tuin was een fijne plek om te ontspannen.
Prime Villa was een geweldige keuze voor onze vakantie. We vonden het uitzicht op de tuin en de rustige sfeer geweldig. Het was een eindje rijden naar de bezienswaardigheden, maar de rust was het waard.
We hebben een geweldig weekend doorgebracht in deze prachtige villa, ondanks dat er een deur ontbrak in een van de slaapkamers
