This fantastic, modern villa is ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful holiday. It's set in a unique location in Flevoland province, on the border with Gelderland province. The villa also features a jetty for a boat. The bedrooms comfortably accommodate two families and thanks to the enclosed garden, it is very suitable for families with children and pets.
After a few minutes of sailing, you can reach Lake Veluwe; ideal for fishing and sailing enthusiasts. It also borders directly on the Harderbos nature reserve with its many walking and cycling routes. Many deer, wild boars and special bird species live in the woods of the Veluwe! Be sure to visit the atmospheric Hanseatic city of Harderwijk, brimming with history, culture and nice restaurants/terraces. You can rent bicycles near the house.
Thanks to the large garden of more than 600 m2, there's plenty of space for everyone. Relax on the garden furniture, fire up the barbecue for a wonderful evening and unwind in the hot tub.
In order to ensure a peaceful night, it needs to be quiet in the park after 10 PM. It is also not allowed to play loud music during the day.

We hadden een geweldige gezinsuitstap in deze villa! De kinderen vonden het geweldig om te spelen in de enorme tuin terwijl wij genoten van het ontspannen in het bubbelbad, De locatie is perfect voor het verkennen van de nabijgelegen natuurreservaten en het charmante stadje Harderwijk, Sterk aanbevolen voor gezinnen!
