This beautiful detached holiday home for a maximum of 6 people is located in Ludmannsdorf in Carinthia, offers a wonderful, wide view over the Drau Valley to the Karawanks in the south and east and the Julian and Carnic Alps in the west and is not far from the famous Carinthian bathing lakes.
The house offers a spacious living room with a seating area, a well-equipped kitchen-diner with a dining table, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a relaxation room and 2 terraces. The house also has a washing machine and dryer and a large garden with garden furniture. You can park directly at the house.
The recreational community of Ludmannsdorf is located on a sunny, wooded ridge between Lake Wörthersee and the Drau, near the Feistritzer reservoir, with a wonderful view of the lower Rosental and the rocks of the Karawanks. The wooded area offers numerous hiking trails and cycling and mountain bike tours. The Feistritzer reservoir, and thus the river Drau, is in the immediate vicinity of the town center. A tour through the Baerenthal to the Klagenfurter Hütte is nearby (20 minutes drive to the car park near the Karawanks), an absolute insider tip for a relaxed mountain hike. The Triglav National Park in Slovenia is nearby and Italy is also only half an hour away from the holiday home.
In summer, the famous Wörthersee, the largest lake in Carinthia, the Faaker See, Ossiacher See, Hafnersee and the St. Johann bathing lake in Feistritz im Rosental offer plenty of bathing fun and can all be reached in a maximum of 45 minutes by car.
Directly in the town or in Feistritz im Rosental there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
