On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area, where you and your family or friends will find enough space to celebrate or simply enjoy a cosy meal. The ski bus for the Kitzbühel Alps ski area runs directly in front of our house, the bus stop for the Kitzbühel ski area is about 500 metres away. Winter or summer hikes are possible directly from the house. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away, the nearest restaurant is just opposite or directly in Oberndorf (1km). You can enjoy the nightlife in Kitzbühel or in St. Johann i. T., both are about 5 km away. In summer there are several mountain railways that are open. From there you can enjoy the view or go on beautiful hikes. There is also plenty for children to discover on the mountain.
