In Längenfeld in the beautiful Ötztal, this beautiful holiday home welcomes you with all the comfort that families or friends need on vacation. In front of a fantastically beautiful mountain backdrop and with a very well-kept garden, you can escape from everyday life and let your soul dangle.
The Ötztal is Tyrol's longest side valley and has countless hiking trails, climbs and mountain bike tours. In winter, the Ötztal Arena offers a wide ski area with numerous huts for stopping off and après-ski. From Längenfeld to Sölden, where numerous ski lifts and the Sölden glacier await you, it is only 10 km by car.
The apartment on the ground floor has a large eat-in kitchen with a comfortable seating area, a large bathroom with shower, tub and double vanity, 2 bedrooms and a large living room with sofa bed and satellite TV. There is also W-LAN, a ski boot dryer and if required, a cot and high chair. Bedding and towels are included.

We had access to the entire ground floor. So 2 spacious bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a spacious living room. The bathroom is very chic with a beautiful large mirror and beautifully decorated ceiling. The house has a 4 star predicate and that is completely justified. Everything was neatly clean and the furnishings are complete. You also have access to a covered terrace and a lawn/garden with an unobstructed view at the rear. But I'm not going to say more positive, otherwise it's fully booked next year.
House more than worth it. Clean, nice view, very spacious and everything is there.
Beautiful spacious apartment on the edge of residential area (view of Aqua Dome). Village center is nearby. Helga only came by on the last morning to collect the key. No reception with coffee and cake for us. The biggest drawback of the apartment is that Helga's son live upstairs with his wife and young daughter. They wake up at 7 a.m. and then stomp and scream around the house.
The accommodation was great, spacious and clean. Within walking distance of the supermarkets and ski bus stop. The area was beautiful. The owner was very friendly, there were fresh tulips on the table and there was also cake waiting for us. It was a great vacation.
Beautiful house in a quiet location with a view of beautiful surroundings (mountains). You have access to the entire ground floor and no problems with the apartment above. House is well furnished and more than clean. Outside seating area for dining with also 2 lounge chairs.
Helga welcomed us pleasantly with cake. The property is very spacious and in perfect condition. The area does not look like the picture (house is in the middle of a residential area).
