Come and reside in this fantastic renovated villa at the foot of the dunes in Cadzand with your friends and families. The villa is close to the sea and features a private partially fenced garden and a terrace where you can relax and enjoy.
The sea is only 200 m away whereas the golf course is 2 km away. A visit to the Zwarte Polder Nature Reserve 1 km away is also possible. Enjoy delicacies from the various restaurants located close to the villa. Buy general supplies 2 km away and you can also go horseback riding 4 km away. Play and Bunkerpark Groede Podium is 7 km and The Zwin nature reserve is 15 km away.
This expansive villa is spread on two floors with an open kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub and a private garden with a playroom and a relaxation area on the ground floor. While all other bedrooms are spread on the first floor. There is plenty of space for car parking. Sun loungers, barbecue, high chairs, and lounge sets are available.
When you book the linen package for the beds, you will receive a set of bath towels.

Wonderful week behind us in this fantastic huis.Eigenaars very friendly and attentive! Definitely worth repeating.
A very well-kept and lovingly furnished facility, particularly suitable for families with children. Super relaxed environment with many sights on site, incl. the super large sandy beach right behind the dike. The houses are furnished and equipped to a high standard, very good taste. Landlords are super friendly and willing to help with any concerns and can also be reached immediately. Clear recommendation!!!

Das Haus liegt sehr nahe am Strand, man muß nur über die Düne laufen. Das Meer ist sehr sauber und nahezu ohne Algen oder Quallen. Der Strand fällt sehr flach ab, Baden ist also auch sicher für kleine Kinder. Das kürzlich renovierte Haus ist sehr geräumig und bequem eingerichtet und war sehr gut gereinigt. Es liegt ruhig, man schläft gut in den bequemen Betten und auf dem Grundstück gibt es Obstbäume, sowie gut gepflegten Rasen. Kochen in der Küche macht großen Spaß an der großen Kücheninsel und mit Hilfe der umfangreichen Küchenausstattung. Für die Schlüsselübergabe kam ein Mitarbeiter pünktlich extra zum Haus, man mußte also nicht noch woanders hin, um den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Der Eigentümer Gaetan ist sehr interessiert, daß man sich wohlfühlt und man kann sich bei allen Fragen während des Aufenthalts unkompliziert telefonisch an ihn oder an seinen Mitarbeiter wenden. Wir haben sofort wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
