The tourist offices of the Cap offer guided excursions around the Cap in high season - on foot, on horseback or by kayak. The famous GR34 hiking trail runs for 15 km along the coast from Cap d'Erquy to the impressive cliffs of Cap Frehel, which rise 70 m above the sea and offer a fantastic panoramic view as far as Normandy. In the neighbouring seaside resort of Sables d'Or, there is a wide range of leisure and water sports activities, such as golf, sailing, casino, archery, restaurants and one of the most beautiful beaches in Brittany, which stretches golden over 3 km.
