Wonderfully quiet holiday home with swimming pool, near a popular resort. The 2500 square meter garden house is just outside the small community in a small residential area. You can relax on the numerous sun beds around the spacious swimming pool. In a few minutes you can reach the first sandy beach on the picturesque beach boulevard of the lively seaside resort of Bénodet, as well as great cafes, restaurants and various shops. The seaside resort impresses with its idyllic location at the mouth of the Odets, which is considered by the Bretons as the most beautiful river in France. You have the choice between different fantastic sandy beaches, sporty with waves overlooking the Atlantic or with shallow surf along the Corniche, the beautiful beach promenade. Numerous palm trees, both here and in your garden, witness to the mild climate of South Finistère.
