The Holiday Home

The 145 sq m of living space is spread over three floors, offering plenty of private retreats. The ground floor features an open-plan living/dining area with a corner sofa, reading chair, TV area, and fireplace. A dining table (235 x 95 cm) seats 10 and offers views of the surrounding greenery. Adjacent to this is the kitchen with a breakfast nook for 2-3 people and a kitchenette. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a small bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). The utility room includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Upstairs, there is another bathroom with a shower and a corner bathtub; three further bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm). One of the bedrooms has a desk. A travel cot for a baby/toddler can be set up in any of these bedrooms.

The attic has an open gallery with a reading nook and two single beds (90 cm).
All bedrooms have blackout curtains and insect screens.

The Garden

From the living/dining area, you can access the large, tranquil garden, which borders directly on a protected landscape area and therefore offers you an almost unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. For younger guests, there is a play area with a playhouse, swing, and sandbox. Other amenities include a dining table with garden chairs and sun loungers.
