Consisting of three interconnected igloo-shaped units, this special holiday home is located in the middle of a nature reserve, just 300 m from the crystal clear sea.
The rocky coasts of the reserve are flat and walkable; the conditions for swimmers and divers are ideal here.
From the large property (2300 sqm) with Mediterranean vegetation you have direct access to the sea.
You can also refresh yourself in the saltwater pool and enjoy the unique view of the sea and the surrounding coast.
The special design of the building and the interior makes the house very special. The dome roofs mean that there is a low ceiling height in some of the passageways (1.82 m).
You can also do a lot for your culinary well-being here, for example there is a pizza oven and an outdoor grill on the veranda. Here you can spend sociable evenings.
LED lights in the rock wall create a pleasant atmosphere.
Plemmirio is the ideal seaside resort for those who want to avoid crowded seaside resorts in order to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday.
Activities nearby: The nearest fine sandy beaches are about 8 km (Lido Arenella) and about 11 km (Fontane Chianche) from the holiday home area. The Lido Arenella is one of the best organized and most beautiful private beaches on the east coast of Sicily.

De unieke koepelarchitectuur gaf het gevoel dat het een speciaal toevluchtsoord was. We waardeerden de rust en de natuurlijke schoonheid om ons heen. Het is een geweldige keuze voor gezinnen die op zoek zijn naar een ontspannende vakantie.
Nous avons adoré le sentiment d'isolement de l'endroit, C'était un peu une randonnée jusqu'à la plage de sable la plus proche, mais la côte rocheuse était magnifique, et nous avons trouvé de superbes endroits pour plonger,
Cet endroit est un trésor caché ! C'était si agréable d'avoir notre propre espace privé avec une piscine, La réserve faunique à proximité offrait de superbes sentiers de randonnée, que nous avons exploités pendant notre séjour,
Het huis voelde als een thuis weg van huis, Alles was schoon en de indeling was perfect voor onze groep, We hebben zelfs gebruikgemaakt van de kolenbarbecue voor een heerlijk avondmaal buiten,
De indeling van het huis was slim gepland, waardoor de ruimte optimaal werd benut, We hielden vooral van de zolder voor de kinderen - het was als hun eigen kleine schuilplaats!
Geweldig buitengedeelte met een prachtig zwembad, een buitenkeuken en uitzicht op de oceaan, Handig gelegen nabij wandelpaden die toegang bieden tot zwemspots, Het interieur was voornamelijk eenvoudig en opgeruimd, en de keuken was volledig uitgerust en leek onlangs gerenoveerd, De twee badkamers waren echter teleurstellend, met schimmel in de douches en een onaangename geur, Dario was erg attent op onze zorgen en was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en communicatief
