Fig, pear and apple trees offer you delicious fruit in late summer. Children and your four-legged friends are very welcome here. Enjoy a peaceful location in a small village just minutes from the beautiful coastline and popular seaside resort of Barneville Carteret. Every Tuesday you can find delicious Norman specialties at the nearby weekly market in Portbail. In Sorstoville-en-Beaumont you can visit a typical cookie factory and buy the traditional cookies baked with salted butter at bargain prices. Other recommended destinations are the Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg with its fantastic aquariums, the Dior Museum in Granville or the world-famous Mont St. Michel monastery. If you're traveling in August, you might be lucky enough to visit the Horse Show in St. Lô, which is all about horses for three days.

Maybe you should check your vacation rentals once in a while, had an ant nest in the bathroom,
A very nice, real French house, nice and big, equipped with all amenities. We enjoyed our holiday with 2 families for 2 weeks in the summer. Beautiful beaches to walk and swim. Not crowded and beautiful nature. Very friendly homeowners.
