This charming holiday home is located in the heart of a pedestrian-friendly hamlet made up of several small houses, at the foot of the Carteret dunes and close to the seaside resort's lighthouse. An ideal, quiet location just a few minutes from the first sandy beach. The pretty, bright living area offers direct access to the terrace and the small, fenced garden with a southwest orientation. Out of season, the closed fireplace provides pleasant warmth. You have free access to the 3 shared tennis courts and basketball court that belong to the small private hamlet.

Het was geweldig om maaltijden in de keuken te kunnen bereiden, Alles was schoon en ordentligt, en het incheckproces was eenvoudig, Zeer goede waarde voor een gezinsvakantie!

We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in Scorpio BI 403. Het appartement was goed onderhouden en de lift maakte de toegang gemakkelijk. Een beetje lawaai van de straat, maar niets te storends. Een algeheel goede ervaring.
Wat een heerlijk verblijf! Het resort was gezellig en goed uitgerust, waardoor we gemakkelijk konden ontspannen na een dagje op de nabijgelegen stranden. De omheinde tuin was een fijne plek voor onze avondbarbecues.
Alles wat we nodig hadden, was binnen handbereik! Het huis is goed ingedeeld en zeer comfortabel. Het nabijgelegen visrestaurant, La Potiniere, was een hoogtepunt van onze eetervaring.
