This lovely holiday home sits in the Lovinac region of Lika - Karlovac in Croatia. The holiday home has 1 large bedroom and accommodates 4 people. It has a great atmosphere and is perfect for a family vacation.
You can go climbing on hill Zir, fishing in the Sveti Rok lake, cycling trails and herb/mushroom collecting in the forests nearby. Drive to the Lake Stikada for fishing or go hunting around the region. The Adriatic Sea is 40 KM away.
Built in the traditional wooden Lika style, the house has a terrace, stone barbecue and a private garden. The ground floor has a kitchen and living area. The first floor has a bedroom, bathroom and hall.
The town center is 200 M away while the general supplies are 300 M away. The Zadar Airport is the nearest airport and is 67 KM from the holiday home.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf! Het cottage was super ruim en had alles wat we nodig hadden om ons thuis te voelen, De locatie is perfect voor natuurliefhebbers, met paden en meren in de buurt, We hebben zelfs wat vis gevangen bij het Sveti Rok-meer, wat geweldig was
Grote shoutout naar de super aardige gastheer! De houten vibes van het huis zijn prachtig, en het terras is perfect voor zonsondergangfoto's, Gratis parkeren is een pluspunt, en de rust is ongeëvenaard, 10/10 zou aanbevelen!
Dit charmante cottage had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een ontspannen familievakantie, Het interieur was gezellig en goed ingericht, en we voelden ons meteen thuis, Het ligt dicht bij het stadscentrum, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om benodigdheden in te slaan, We hielden ook van het verkennen van de nabijgelegen bossen om paddenstoelen te plukken!
A straightforward and comfortable stay, The cottage had a nice kitchen and living area, making it easy to prepare meals, We appreciated the proximity to Lovinac and the surrounding nature trails, Perfect for a quiet getaway!
Location's on point—200m from town for snacks and 40km to the beach, Nature trails hit different here, and the kitchen setup makes cooking fun, Definitely coming back!
Nous nous sommes sentis si bien accueillis pendant notre séjour, L'hôte était incroyablement serviable, s'assurant que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin, L'emplacement est calme mais à proximité pratique des options de restauration locales, Une excellente base pour explorer la belle région de Lika !
