The room on the first floor was easily accessible using stairs just outside the door. It provided a comfortable base during our city visit with all essentials at hand.

Would tell anyone passing through to stop here if they need a no-frills spot. Clean bathroom, decent heating, simple kitchenette set-up made it practical for a few nights in central Paris with quick check-in service.

We appreciated the cozy setup for two and how the electric kettle made our mornings easy. Small details like the wine glasses added a nice touch to our stay.

Perfect location, walkable to every neighborhood.The accommodation is very clean and charming, everything you need. Because of the construction in the courtyard there was lots of noise and dust and you couldn't open the windows. The inside gate was also not working and it was difficult to leave the building, not the fault of the accommodation and once these issues are fixed, it will be ideal. I would stay again when in Paris!

The room was very quiet, with no road noise whatsoever. The area was very nice. My daughter and I felt safe on our own at all times. It was also very conveniently located, with everything in easy access. The room was a good size. The windows don’t look out onto anything so if a view is important then it doesn’t offer one. That being said, it makes the room nice and dark at night.

Perfect little getaway in the heart of Paris, Cozy studio with easy access to the Louvre

Charming little studio! It felt like a home away from home, The decor was tasteful, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches, Perfect for a romantic getaway!

This airbnb is positioned just a brisk 3-minute walk from a key metro hub and a 7-minute stroll from the Louvre - definitely a prime location! The place is pleasant, free of clutter but be warned, it's a compact studio, The bathroom is stunning with a shower that's simply irresistible! Check-in instructions are provided by a third-party company (CheckMyGuest), The instructions are quite comprehensive and explicit, though a tad intricate, My travel companion and I felt like we were participating in an episode of Amazing Race, attempting to unlock the lockbox and deciphering instructions to open the double gates, All in all, it's a fantastic location with abundant options for entertainment, local eateries, and sightseeing!

This place was an ideal hub for our exploration of Paris, being conveniently situated and easily accessible, We relished the vibrant surroundings and abundant dining choices, It was great that the apartment was located on the ground floor,

The stay was pleasant, although the check-out time should be extended to 12 o'clock and check-in should start at 2pm, Clear directions to the house, such as nearby metro station and bus numbers from major locations like the airport or main train station, should be provided, It was challenging to find the house without a clear identification number and locate the key, but the stay was enjoyable with a tidy room,

It's a lovely little apartment, in an exceptional location, You can walk to a lot of sights, the metro is very close, maybe 2 blocks or 5 minutes walk, We were also able to walk to a lot of points of interest and only took the metro to go to Disneyland which is about 40 minutes away, * The bed has no pillows, they are two square cushions which made the first night terrible, we couldn't sleep or rest, The next night I improvised a pillow with my jackets and a blanket and we finally managed to rest, so I recommend asking the host for real pillows, * The blinds on the windows are very thin, they need curtains to be able to have total privacy since at night, with the light on, you can see from the outside in and that made me very uncomfortable, For everything else very good and yes, I recommend it to stay, rest assured that what you see in the photos or in the reviews is what you will find,

The location was superb, It's walkable to major tourist attractions and surrounded by lots of restaurants! The room was exceptionally clean, Some reviews mentioned a hard bed, but it didn't bother me, I'm looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Paris!

The property didn't let down in any respect, It's situated in close proximity to several key attractions and metro stations, The place is snug and relaxing, I'd certainly choose to lodge here in the future,

Joffrey's location was perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring tourist spots! Joffrey provided excellent assistance throughout our time in Paris!

The location is really nice, Joffrey responded quickly, The house was just like in the pictures, The bed was not comfortable, it would be great if you could change it, The cleanliness was really bad, if you review that it could be much nicer for the others, We didn't use any public transportation in the very center and walked everywhere, we had a full 2 days and it was very nice, Be careful on the stairs in rainy weather, They had very helpful neighbors, Overall, we are satisfied,

When you travel, what's the first thing that pops into your head?,,,,, This spot is right in the heart of everything, You can easily walk to everything (Restaurants, Bars, Pharmacy, Metro, Museums, Water Taxi),,, The security here is top-notch (Solo travelers, don't worry), But most importantly, I was pleased to find out that this area is safe for walking day and night,

As a female traveler, it's difficult to find something that is both safe, comfortable, affordable, and charming! I was amazed by its perfect location - even the taxi driver who dropped us off mentioned it, If you're planning a quick weekend or week trip, this is ideal because it's situated on a street with plenty of shopping and dining options, within walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre, and a 10-minute Uber ride to the Eiffel Tower, The accommodation was lovely and exceptionally clean, The bed is a trundle, making it essentially one large full bed rather than separate beds, There's a charming view of a garden outside, The host was incredibly kind and accommodating when I overslept and missed my check-out time, I highly recommend this place to everyone!
