Description
This spacious apartment is situated in an old farmhouse on an estate with a pool, located in the green hills of Umbria, near Umbertide. On the estate, which has been in the possession of a noble family for more than 250 years, wine has been produced since as long as people can remember.
The apartment is on the second floor and is nicely furnished. The terracotta floor and the wooden beams give the apartment an authentic look. On cooler days you can enjoy the attractive, spacious kitchen together, around the crackling fire in the fireplace. Central to the kitchen is also a modern stove, fueled by corn. In front of the house you can sit outside and enjoy the view across the beautiful Umbrian countryside. But you can also find a spot by the pool!
Shops can be found in Umbertide, 1 kilometre away. From the apartment you can make beautiful walks. Also visit the authentic villages of Pietralunga and Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, in the immediate vicinity. The cities of Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio, with their many sights, are also within easy reach.

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten, Sie war sauber und gut ausgestattet, was es einfach machte, sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen, Die Lage war ideal für Tagesausflüge nach Perugia und Assisi,
We hebben over het algemeen een prettig verblijf gehad. Het appartement was goed uitgerust, maar we vonden dat de woonkamer iets meer zitplaatsen had kunnen gebruiken voor onze groep van zes. De locatie maakte dit echter goed.
Dit vakantiehuis is een pareltje! Ruim en smaakvol ingericht, het maakte onze vakantie speciaal. We vonden de buitenruimte geweldig en brachten uren door met luieren bij het zwembad. Ook was de locatie geweldig voor het bezoeken van nabijgelegen attracties zoals het Brijuni Nationaal Park,
Nice holiday home with a great setup! The two bedrooms were comfortable, and we appreciated having a dishwasher—made cleaning up after meals much easier, The outdoor space was lovely for morning coffee,
Geweldige locatie! Op korte loopafstand van het strand en de kinderen vonden de speeltuin op het terrein geweldig. De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden om maaltijden te bereiden, wat handig was.
Alles was geweldig! De gastheren waren vriendelijk en het appartement was prachtig ingericht. We genoten van de ochtenden bij het zwembad met een kopje koffie en het uitzicht.
