This magnificent 11 bedroom villa with private swimming pool is situated in a residential area of the small village of Belvedere Fogliense. Ideal for a luxurious and unforgettable holiday with family or a group of friends, it can accommodate up to 25 people.
The villa is divided into 5 flats, located on the first and second floor, surrounded by large balconies with outdoor furniture and there is also a large common room located on the ground floor with a kitchen and tables and chairs to eat all together.
Relax and unwind in the large enclosed garden or in the shade of the large balconies. The swimming pool is surrounded by a lovely sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is an outdoor shower for washing up after a swim.
The villa is situated in the municipality of Tavullia, a few steps from the village of Belvedere Fogliense. The main services, such as bars, restaurants, are located about 2 km away in the town of Mondaino, while in the town of Montecchio, about 7 km away, you will find several supermarkets always open, shops, take-away, etc...
About 19 km away is Cattolica, with its lovely bars and clubs with music on the beach. On a cultural level, Urbino (17 km) and Pesaro (23 km) are worth a visit, with its lively promenade and beautiful golden sandy beaches.

L'emplacement est paisible et magnifique, parfait pour une escapade relaxante, Nous avons apprécié des excursions d'une journée à Urbino et même une journée à la plage à Cattolica, Dans l'ensemble, un séjour agréable !
We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad bij Belvilla by OYO Il Panorama Venticinque! De plek is enorm, met 11 slaapkamers en een grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte waar we allemaal konden samenkomen, Ik waardeerde de netheid - alles was brandschoon, De keuken was goed uitgerust, wat het koken voor onze grote familie supergemakkelijk maakte, Het buitenzwembad was het hoogtepunt, perfect voor die zonnige dagen, Even een waarschuwing, de dichtstbijzijnde winkels zijn een beetje rijden, maar dat stoorde ons niet te veel omdat we vooruitplanden, Al met al was het een geweldige ontsnapping, zou het zeker aanbevelen!
This villa is huge! We were a group of 20, and we had plenty of space, The design is charming, with a rustic feel, It was easy to drive to nearby attractions like the Gradara Castle, which we loved visiting
