This large flat is located on the first floor of a large modern villa recently built in a residential area of the small village of Belvedere Fogliense.
The flat is reached by a private staircase that gives access to a very large covered balcony with table and chairs, outdoor furniture and barbecue.
The view is wonderful over the surrounding hills and the Adriatic Sea.
From the entrance door you are in a large living area furnished in shades of white and blue, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa and TV corner. In the separate sleeping area there is a double bedroom, a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a separate single bed and a bathroom with shower.
The villa is located in the municipality of Tavullia, a few steps from the village of Belvedere Fogliense. The main services, such as bars, restaurants, are located about 2 km in the town of Mondaino, while in the town of Montecchio, about 7 km, you will find several supermarkets always open, shops, takeaways, etc. ...
About 19 km away is Cattolica, with its lovely bars and clubs with music on the beach. On a cultural level, Urbino is worth a visit at 17 km and Pesaro at 23 km with its lively promenade and beautiful golden sandy beaches.
