In one of the most spectacular areas in Germany, surrounded by 2,700 metre high mountains and crystal clear mountain lakes, the village of Schönau lies nestled in the heart of the Berchtesgadener Land National Park. This nature park is the only Alpine nature reserve and recognised by UNESCO as a special protection area for wildlife such as the ibex or eagle as well as native plants such as the Edelweiss. Towering above everything is the steep mountain ridge of the Watzmann, which is covered with snow for most of the year and offers beautiful hiking opportunities.
This combined apartment consists of the two upper floors of the house. Stylish living awaits you in this rustic, cosy and well equipped apartment. The large garden has a sunbathing lawn and play equipment for children. Spacious, clean and just beautiful. We have enjoyed a wonderful time and the hostesses are friendly and very helpful. The location is also just great - so close to the Königssee and the Jennerbahn and then in the middle of nature. Wild garlic grew behind the house. Simply fantastic.
Perfect for our family. Good location - close to everything but very quiet. Comfy beds, owner was on the property and easy to locate.
I had a lovely stay at the Apartment in Essen! The balcony was a perfect spot for my morning coffee, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to whip up meals, Everything was clean and comfortable, Would definitely return!

Ons gezin vond dit vakantiepark geweldig! De villa was schoon, modern en zeer comfortabel. Het had een gezellige sfeer, wat onze vakantie echt aangenaam maakte.
Wij hebben genoten van elk moment van ons verblijf! De sfeer op de camping was heerlijk en we maakten elke ochtend gebruik van de broodjesservice. De kinderen vonden het leuk om de omgeving te verkennen.
