This spacious holiday house is on the southern side of the island, only 800 metres from the sea. It is on a sparsely populated street, somewhat away from the centre, and is therefore ideal for guests who value peacefulness, relaxation and privacy. The owners live 200 metres away. The house has a 200m² plot of garden in a slightly elevated location and therefore providing a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding islands. While adults relax on the terrace or prepare dinner on the outdoor barbecue, children can play in the playground next to the house. The terrace is roofed and provides seating furniture. The site is partially fenced and six parking spaces are available. The house provides 100m² of living space and can accommodate eight people. It has a bathroom with a bath, toilet and bidet, as well as three bedrooms. The bedrooms have three double beds (two of which measure 160 x 200cm and one measuring 140 x 200cm). Two supplementary single beds (90 x 200cm) are also available. The living room-kitchen has a sofa, a dining table and a kitchen unit equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge and microwave. The central air conditioning is in the entrance area to the house. It has 5.5 kilowatt of power and can cool the whole house. You can surf the Internet free of charge with your laptop. Wireless Internet access is available for free. The nearest grocery shop is 500 metres from the house. It is two kilometres to the centre of the island with further shops, as well as evening entertainment. The island is connected to the mainland via a bridge.
