Dit appartement geboekt, keurig betaald, komen we aan is er niemand, konden niemand van Belvilla bereiken. Uiteindelijk een hotel moeten zoeken. De fout ligt bij Belvilla, maar ze willen geen geld terug geven. Nooit bij Belvilla boeken!!!
