What impressed me most about this apartment was its attention to detail. Everything from the electric kettle to the comfy queen bed showed thoughtfulness. The living space felt spacious despite being compact, and it was nice having cleaning practices in place. Overall, it gave off an inviting atmosphere that felt like home.

The location of this accommodation is excellent, It is located in a lively area, but in an interior courtyard, so it is peaceful! However, we had some problems, The door of one of the rooms was locked with no way to open it, We had to adjust the screw of the handle with a knife so that the handle would work, Fortunately, we were offered to send someone to fix it, The main problem is the sofa bed, It is smaller than normal, so it is very narrow for 2 adults, It would be better to change the ad so that the capacity is indicated as 5 people and not 6, because the sofa bed cannot really accommodate 2 adults, (But 2 children or small people yes) A good improvement would be to move the key box closer, which is a bit far, especially if you arrive late or leave early in the morning, The host is very responsive, which is great, she even contacted us to discuss the problems, which we greatly appreciated, I recommend for groups of 5 visiting Paris!

Overall, our stay was pleasant, the accommodation is centrally located and well connected, It also corresponds to the pictures shown on Airbnb, However, there were also some inconveniences, Check-in was originally stated for 3 p.m. on Airbnb, but could only be done from 4 p.m., the drain in the bathroom had an unpleasant smell and one of the beds was smaller than the other, although both were stated as queen-size, On the last evening we also had a problem with one of the doors in the living area - in this context, the hosts were always available, helpful and ultimately also accommodated us financially, In general, the stay was satisfactory, but could have been smoother,

We were a group of 5 people, with ample space for sleeping and having breakfast, The place was tidy and roomy, featuring a large bathroom, It was conveniently located near the metro, grocery stores, and restaurants, and it was calm during the night, The only drawback was that the key had to be collected and returned at a different location approximately 500m away, nonetheless, it was handy that the key could be picked up and returned at any moment, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay,

Joffrey's location is superb, with a peaceful courtyard, The beds were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it matched the photos perfectly,

Our stay at Joffrey’s place was fantastic! Although there was a small issue with the key, he responded promptly and resolved it immediately, even going the extra mile to provide a small surprise! The apartment was comfortable and equipped with all the necessities, The bathroom was particularly pleasant, The shower was excellent, as were the large, soft towels! Looking forward to our next visit!

Excellent location, looks smaller than in the pictures, The fan is broken, there are ants in the apartment, and they attempted to charge an extra $49 euros for the travel crib which is supposed to be included, Overall, it's reasonable,
