Our stay at Joffrey's apartment was fantastic, The place was neat and situated in a vibrant area, We overlooked the fold-out sofa mentioned in the ad, but it turned out to be a cozy sleeping area,
Our stay lasted for 4 nights, Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - Excellent location - Exceptionally clean - Despite being in the central location, it was peaceful, Cons: - A window blind was missing, causing limited privacy and unwanted light intrusion, I eventually found it in a cupboard and reinstalled it, - Painters were in the process of painting the stairwell and left their equipment lying around, making it difficult to maneuver around it (the staircase is already quite narrow),
Everything was perfect, The apartment is as depicted in the pictures,
Compact yet charming area, The pull-out couch may creak a bit, but it's sufficient for what I required,

Very nice and well located apartment, It has everything you need, Although the apartment is located above several bars, there is no noise once the windows are closed, It is perfect for a stay in Paris!
