A spotless, newly refurbished, and comprehensively equipped apartment in a prime location, merely 3 to 5 minutes away from two distinct metro stations, The refurbishment of the building is nearly concluded, and the elevator functions flawlessly, The Wi-Fi connection is stable, The space is extremely clean and the mattresses are of superior quality, The evenings are notably peaceful, However, there are a few minor issues: the showers operate in an unconventional manner, a couple of lights were dysfunctional, the kitchen only had two cups, and upon arrival, there was a slight sewage odor that required some time to air out,,, Nonetheless, this is an exceptional place and I would absolutely revisit,
The apartment was in excellent condition, clean and well located, Although we had to check in late due to it not being cleaned yet, despite having paid for early check in, they gave me this money back and invited me to a coffee for the inconvenience, so I think they had a good response, However, we had problems with the main bathroom as there was no cold water so we couldn't use the shower and there was only one additional bathroom meaning we all had to share the shower, This was quite annoying as there was no solution during those days and on top of that they promised to give me back one day's rent but only gave me back half a day's rent, However, at least they had the courtesy to refund something,

The apartments are bright and comfortable, providing a great place to stay in Paris for several days, The location is exceptional with a multitude of restaurants and cafes nearby, It would have been better if the cleaning was done more thoroughly, The light-colored furniture in the apartment seemed untouched by cleaning, We had to clean the cabinet's drawers and shelves ourselves before we could unpack our clothes, The provision of only one set of towels per person for 5 days was insufficient, A major inconvenience was the provision of just one key for everyone, without an option to leave it in a lockbox, for instance,
A beautiful apartment recently renovated, Extremely quiet and ideally located 3 minutes from the Champs Elysees with many metro stations nearby, Plumbing issue may need to be fixed which could be due to not using the apartment, Smell disappeared after the second day, Plan to put some supports in the shower, Otherwise, highly recommend,
