Excellent accommodation! I highly recommend it
The premises was delightful and tidy, the only downside was the complex check in process and the apartment being situated on the 4th floor, Despite this, it was an excellent apartment that I strongly endorse
The location is quite handy, there is a subway station (Metro 4, 8, 9) just at the intersection from the homestay, and it's also pretty close to Gare du Nord in Paris, There are also convenience stores in the vicinity, However, if you are carrying large luggage, be mindful that this place is on the fourth floor with no lift, and the stairs are quite narrow so you need to tread carefully with your luggage, The accommodation is very neat, the bedroom and living room are separate, providing adequate private space, which is a significant advantage, Overall, the stay was highly comfortable, You can stroll home from the main road at night, There are some ladies standing by the road on the other side of the street in front of the homestay, soliciting customers, but it didn't hamper this wonderful journey, I'd recommend this place for light travelers, I had to check out a bit early, and was worried that the key return shop might not be open and I couldn't get in touch with the homeowner, but as luck would have it, the shop opened early, I was incredibly fortunate!
The room is quite neat, however the corridor stairs are challenging to navigate
The apartment corresponds to the specifications provided, It is complete with everything and is very clean, It is well served by the metro, which is a few meters away, The directions for collecting the keys and accessing the apartment were precise, I did not find the area very safe, but we did not encounter any problems,
The apartment is comfortable, hygienic and excellently located, in the vicinity there are restaurants, bars and shops, We will definitely return to Paris, Highly recommended,
