Kemi city center and train station are only a short drive away. The house was built in 1962 and partially renovated in 2015. The spacious and bright house has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6, a cozy and bright living room with an open fireplace. There is accommodation for a total of six people in three bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double bed (width 180 cm). Bedroom 2: two single beds (width 80 cm). Bedroom 3: bunk bed (width 80 cm). Hallway, 2 x toilet, dressing room, shower and sauna with electric heater. Behind the house there is a yard with direct access to the beach, distance approx. 40 m. The beach is shallow and is well suited for children to play or for a peaceful evening by the water. The shore of the yard is soft and gently deepens. There is no pier or boat. Heated garage for 1 car.
