This charming four-person villa is located near the center of the seaside resort of De Koog, the North Sea beach, and a wooded area.

The spacious, bright living room features a sitting area, TV, music system, and reading corner. The large open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms in total. Both are located on the first floor and are furnished with two single box-spring beds. The bathroom has a shower, whirlpool tub, double sink, and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. From the living room, French doors open onto the terrace and the spacious southwest-facing garden. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, including a lounge set.

For children, there is a communal playground with various play equipment near the villa. Two private parking spaces are available.
