The holiday apartment is in the centre of Bockhorn, which with 280 inhabitants is one of the smallest parts of Walsrode, in a quiet and detached location.Apartment which was classified according to the DTV criteria with four stars. Owing to the central location, there are interesting trip destinations within easy access, such as the Bockhorner Uhr (clock), Ginseng Gardens Bockhorn, Weltvogelpark (bird park) Walsrode, Heidemuseum Walsrode, Kloster Walsrode (monastery), the 1000-year old Meinerdingen church, 1000 year-old church Meinerdingen, Hermann Lön’s grave amidst the big heath, the Grundloser See moor area, the Heidepark Soltau, Soltau thermal baths, Serengeti Park Hodenhagen, to name just a few. If you prefer walking, then you can go on extensive strolls in the surrounding forests and fields. There are cafés and restaurants 500 metres away and shops 2,5km away. The lake, tennis courts and fishing area are 3km away.
