This light and modern furnished home is located in the mining town of Elbingerode, in the Harz. The quiet location close to the forest is ideal to leave the hectic pace of daily life behind. You will find many walking and cycling trails, some with a theme. Discover the romantic bodetal or the colourful city of Wernigerode. In the winter, well-prepared trails and small toboggan slopes guarantee a lot of fun for the whole family. However, there are also excursions in the area: the mine in Büchenberg, Castle Ruin with Park, Zilliebrachtalsperre, Dripstengirls Rübeland, Quedlinburg and Thale Hexentanzplatz.
A wood-burning stove in the living area provides a cosy atmosphere. Enjoy sunny hours on the large terrace or in the private garden.

Nice house in the woods. Excellent service from the owner. White Christmas was a nice present. Definitely recommended.
The house is very quiet, is cute and at the same time not old-fashioned. There is no wall heating, but a tiled stove, a radiant heater and even underfloor heating in the bathroom. Very friendly, personable hosts. I would come here again
This was a great base for our Harz adventure, The bungalow was modern and offered all the amenities we needed, We enjoyed visiting the local attractions, especially the mine in Büchenberg, The host was very welcoming, making our stay even better

Die Lage war ideal für Naturliebhaber wie uns, Die friedliche Umgebung in der Nähe des Waldes war genau das, was wir brauchten, um dem Trubel zu entkommen, Wir haben wunderbare Erinnerungen geschaffen, besonders während unserer Tagesausflüge in den Nationalpark Harz, Der einzige Nachteil war das Wetter, aber das ist nicht der Schuld des Objekts!
