Description
This recently build house (2018) of 90m2 on a plot of 1500 m2 comes with a private swimming pool for enjoying the refreshing dips. In the evening you can relax on the terrace or around the swimming pool. You can spend the night comfortably with family or friends.
Located in the Cèze valley between Goudargues and Montclus, Saint-André-de-Roquepertuis is a true paradise for nature lovers. It is close to the four most beautiful villages in France namely La Roque sur Cèze with the Sautadet waterfalls, Montclus, Aigueze, and Lussan. Explore the surrounding forests on foot, by mountain bike or even on horseback, swim in the river, canoeing and discover the authentic village center with picturesque streets and a rich history in Goudargues. There are two bathing areas within 1.5 km distance and a beach restaurant too. Mont Ventoux, an hour and a half from the house, is a paradise for cyclists. A visit to Mussan, Aiguèze, La Roque sur Sèze (waterfalls) and Montclus is also worthwhile. At 1 hour 30 minutes distance, you will find the beaches of the Mediterranean at Grau du Roi. You can also go to The Ardèche gorges, the Chauvet cave, Uzès, Nîmes, Avignon, Fontaine de Vaucluse, an hour drive away from the property. You will find many shops and restaurants, a pharmacy and a doctor 3 km away at Goudargues. Acrobranch circuit 20 minutes away.
The house has comfortable bedrooms with new beddings of 160 cm and 140 cm respectively and a large living room with a wireless Television and a seating area for relaxation. It opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool. There is a pergola, table, and garden furniture where you can enjoy drinks and meals. In the well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, you can prepare home-cooked meals. The bathrooms are large with a separate washing area with a washing machine. There is a space for parking 2-cars. You can bring your four-legged furry friends with you!

Fantastic holiday home. Upon arrival we received a warm welcome from the landlady, who gave us a tour of the house. House is spacious, on one level and fully equipped. A very extensive kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. Beds are of excellent quality. There is ample cupboard space in the bedrooms. Both bedrooms are adjacent to the terrace and swimming pool, so getting up in the morning with a dip in the pool is possible. We had a week with very nice weather, so the swimming pool was a wonderful addition. There are a few houses in the vicinity, otherwise you walk straight into nature. A compact but very complete supermarket can be found 1.7 km away, so fresh baguette and croissants every morning. All in all, a wonderfully complete, spacious holiday home, fully equipped with a very attentive and friendly landlady.
Over het algemeen een fijn verblijf met een geweldige locatie, We vonden het geweldig dat we onze hond mee konden nemen, en de buitenruimte was fantastisch voor hem om te spelen, De eigendom had een paar eigenaardigheden, maar niets ernstigs, Een ontspannende ontsnapping in de natuur!

De locatie was ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers, med prachtige wandelpaden en pittoreske dorpjes op korte rijafstand, Het huis was comfortabel en goed uitgerust, waardoor ons verblijf echt aangenaam was
Quelle charmante petite escapade ! La maison était magnifiquement conçue et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, Nous avons passé nos après-midis à paresser au bord de la piscine et à explorer les villages voisins, Je recommande vivement de visiter les chutes de Sautadet, elles sont magnifiques !
