Description
Stay in this beautifully renovated house located a few kilometres from the Gorges de l'Ardèche. Set amid the vineyards and hills surrounding the small village of St Laurent-de-Carnols, it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The small country roads all around are perfect for walking or cycling, and you can sit in the village square for a coffee or a delicious meal. Admire the little churches, stroll through the authentic market or hire a canoe to spend a day or two descending the Ardèche at the foot of the breathtaking cliffs. The Arc-de-Triomphe and the Antique Theatre of Orange are 30 minutes away by car and a visit to the fortress of Mornas, the riverbanks of Alès, the forests of the Cévennes, the waterfalls of Sautadet, the caves of Vallon Pont d'Arc, the Jardins de la Fontaine in Nîmes, the Arènes in Arles and the famous Pont du Gard is also worthwhile.
The views of the countryside from the covered terrace and swimming pool are simply breathtaking. From the spacious living room with elegant stone and dining area to the well-equipped kitchen with bar and the comfortable bedrooms; all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday are there!

It was a pleasure from the first to the last minute here in this holiday home with swimming pool and fully fenced garden, which was ideal for our small dog. After a quick tour of the very nice owner, it was relaxing and enjoying the peace and space and freedom. The house was clean and everything necessary was present with well-functioning air conditioning, which was nice for the night's rest. The crystal clear pool was nice to cool off after sunbathing. Greetings and see you next time because it will certainly come.

Fantastic house in an equally fantastic location. In the middle of nature. Neighbors? You really do not have that. Nice big house with all the trimmings. Nice pool in the garden. Walking options abound and a supermarket within 10 minutes.Fijne huishouder.Beter house is almost impossible to get.
Beautiful and functional holiday home, sufficient facilities in the house. The pool in front of the door is fresh refreshing. Our special appreciation for the friendly, helpful owners. Environment is fantastic if you like nature and tranquility. It is a 10/15 minute drive to Cornillon for the nearest Intermarché. When the weather is clear, you can see a starry sky here in the evening / night, which will not be possible anywhere in the Netherlands. There is plenty to see in the vicinity and a lot further away. Attractions such as the Ardèche, Nimes, Arles, the Camarque, the Calangues and Mont Ventoux are an average of 1.5-2 hours drive. A little closer to all the beautiful Roman remains in Orange.
Very well maintained house, there is really everything in this house. Very calm, in the middle of the vineyards and not very far from any convenience. Owner very welcoming and very nice, is attentive and always available. Small flat, the pool is a little cold (21 °) even with 32 ° outside. House recommended and for my account I would go back.
Wonderfully clean house. No shops in the village itself. You do need a car. Is very remote.
