Description
Set in Félines-Minervois, amidst vineyards, this is a 5-bedroom villa for 10 persons. The villa comes with a private heatable swimming pool and a bubble bath to spend an exotic holiday. You can stay here comfortably with a large family or a group of friends.
In the surrounding area, active holidaymakers can go walking or cycling. They can enjoy windsurfing and sailing on Lake Jouares. In winter months, you can visit the nearby ski resorts. Supermarkets are at 500 m if you wish to stock up daily essentials. The towns of Olonzac and Homps are great for day tours.
The villa offers a lovely lounge set by the pool to enjoy outdoor living and dining. In the evenings, you can add a little wine to the barbecued meals on the table. Play equipment and toys are available for children. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee per pet.

To begin with, the house was dirty, cobwebs everywhere, dust on the furniture,... broken umbrellas, we had to ask for some to be brought to us... dishes not very clean, front door impossible to close and a take back the key we had to go out through the window of the terrace, very dilapidated bathroom disgusting shower curtain impossible to fix the shower head clip broken .. house not very tidy and disorder everywhere, very low-end furnishings, slabs on the edge of the swimming pool which no longer hold!... considering the price for a week of the occasion I advise the owner to make a little investment...
The house has a lot of potential but needs a little more love..... It is spacious, the jacuzzi worked happily, the garden is full of old play equipment (I would say: remove it), swimming pool is fine, beds were fine, all bedrooms have a basic bathroom, the decor was a mixed bag; you are really visiting, the area is beautiful, village is smaller than small
House had several worn defects and was not really clean. Playground was also ni really child safe. Terrace stones around the pool were loose everywhere so not pleasant to walk around
villa is in need of refurbishment. toys are outdated, trampos are not safe. we cleaned the air conditioning filters on arrival as they were very dirty. many tiles on the terrace were loose, jacuzzi did not heat up. had.
House is somewhat dated and needs some updates (loose tiles at the pool, parasol broken) The children were looking forward to the playground that was there, but unfortunately could not use it because of the bad condition (excellent nails, not anchored devices ...). Everything else was there and neat. Swimming pool and jaccuzi were clean and nice to use!
Very nice, neat and spacious accommodation. Super large swimming pool and pleasant jacuzzi. The numerous bathrooms and toilets are a plus especially with large groups or several families together. The children have a good time. The center of the town is somewhat quiet but very social towards tourists. bit difficult to find.A sign with the name La Cerisette and an arrow on it seems appropriate to find more smoothly.Super stay !!
