Designed to comfortably accommodate 8 people, this elegant holiday home, open to nature, offers all the facilities you need for your well-being. It is set in a vast, magnificent garden planted with Mediterranean species. From the south-facing terrace, you have a superb view of the Aude valley, the Corbières and the Pyrenees. The private swimming pool (open from mid-April to the end of October) is heated and the spa completes the picture.
The hamlet is part of the village of Félines Minervois. It enjoys a Mediterranean climate and a remarkable natural heritage. There are plenty of opportunities for walking, horse-riding or cycling to discover the magnificent countryside of the Montagne Noire, the Minervois and its famous vineyards. Take a picnic day at the Salagou lake. The Canal du Midi is a 20-minute drive away. Don't miss Carcassonne (32km), Narbonne (43km), and the beautiful beaches of Agde and Gruissan.
You'll have plenty of Mediterranean-style souvenirs to take home with you.

Our arrival was well arranged. The key for the front door could be found in the safe based on the access code received. The house is very spacious and is equipped with all comforts and also clean on arrival. The pool is great as well as the jacuzzi which is open weekly. John maintained. The immediate surroundings and the view is particularly beautiful, with the frequent thunderstorms against the Pyrenees spectacular. Long story short: One highly recommended for those who want to enjoy nature, tranquility and comfort.
Top holiday! We stayed 1 week in this beautiful, spacious holiday home. Everything is in stock and the house is very well maintained. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the nice terraces (where you can eat in the shade), the bbq and the petanque court. Since it was extremely hot in France this summer, we missed air conditioning in the house. This is not an unnecessary luxury in a house of this price range.
We had a wonderful holiday. With our family of 5 adults it was perfect. It is a spacious, modern and clean house. The heated pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, also the view and garden are beautiful. We took a lot of pictures. The owner did his best to make us feel at home. We definitely want to come back here again. An absolute must!
A nice pool, not heated, but luckily it was 30 degrees outside. Nice that there is a bowling alley at the house. In terms of environment, a car is really indispensable. The house is spacious and clean. Warm in the nights, but the beds were lovely.
Very nice and beautifully situated. View phenomenal! Everything was there in the house and you had several terraces so that both a sunbather and someone who likes the shade more has a nice place. Too bad it is remote from everything. Travel time to the store +/- 1 hour (round trip) + not fully completed for your dog. (Open passage) Well worth a visit! Nice area!
