Spend your holidays in this unique area! Located on a 75-hectare estate, the holiday home is particularly suitable for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. Possibility to recharge an electric car via an outdoor socket located near the car park.
Numerous amenities are available in Siorac-en-Périgord (5 km) and the surrounding area is home to many good restaurants. Culture lovers can go to Commarque Castle (25 km), Castelnaud-la-Chapelle (13 km), Milandes (10 km) and Beynac-et-Cazenac (14 km). You can play a round on the 18-hole golf course at the bottom of the hill (1 km) and canoeing on the Dordogne, at Siorac en Périgord or Cenac et Saint Julien (19 km), is also very worthwhile. By car, you can easily reach nice places like Montignac (44 km), Rocamadour (65 km) and Bergerac (50 km), with its magnificent vineyards.
You can spend whole days relaxing around the pool and enjoying the view or taking a walk on the many paths around the house which stands next to a private forest. Renovated in 2017, this country house combines authenticity with beautiful modern decoration. On the estate there is a gym and a sauna. The gym is accessible at all times and the sauna from Tuesday to Saturday from 9h to 19h and needs to be pre-booked with the manager.

La maison de vacances spacieuse était parfaite pour notre réunion de famille, Nous avons adoré passer des après-midis paresseux au bord de la piscine, profitant des magnifiques vues sur la campagne, Les restaurants à proximité à Siorac-en-Périgord avaient une nourriture délicieuse, et nous avons aimé explorer les sites locaux comme le château de Castelnaud, qui était à seulement quelques minutes en voiture
