This beautiful villa is set on a private 1,200 m² property with an electric gate. A covered terrace leads directly to the heated pool (mid-April to end of October), secured with an electric cover. The sun terrace has 10 loungers. The middle living floor offers a spacious lounge and a large balcony overlooking the landscape. Ideal for families with children or friends, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunny surroundings together in peace and comfort throughout your stay
From our beautiful location, there are plenty of opportunities for various excursions. Think of the cosy Provençal village of Lorgues (15 min), the fashionable seaside resort of Cannes (45 min ), the old town of Nice (60 min), Monaco (90 min), the coastal towns of Fréjus and St Raphael (30 min), Ste. Maxime (30 min) and St Tropez (from Ste. Maxime with the Bateau vert another 15 min).
