What is not mentioned in the Belvilla description is:1) that the owner lives in the same building. The rented part is his own private residence. When rented out, he withdraws to a "ground floor". He does respect your privacy. It is not pleasant that all the cupboards are completely occupied by belongings of the owner and his children. There is little or no private storage space.2) that the equipment outside is "basic": cheap plastic patio chairs and sunbeds that are not very comfortable, terrace and round pool consists of rough, (still) unfinished concrete with small painful stones, no terrace tiles , no garden, what a messy impression with old table tennis and stuff stowed underneath, disturbing large "role" with the plastic cover for the pool3) pool is good but was never cleaned during our stay to our knowledge4) "Airco" as stated exists in reality of two "mobile" air conditioners with a thick tube that has to be hung out of the window, very noisy and not real air conditioning.5) In general, the hygiene leaves something to be desired: windows and doors with multiple handprints, kitchen cabinets that quickly and have been cleaned with many streaks, dishes that are simply not clean, possibly due to a malfunctioning dishwasher.
Location, location, location! Just a stone's throw from the beach, we spent our days lounging in the sun, The house was functional and had a homey feel, Perfect for a family vacation!

Eine charmante Villa mit allem, was wir brauchten! Die Lage war ideal, um die Region zu erkunden, und wir fanden die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend, Der private Pool war ein tolles Feature und sorgte für stundenlangen Spaß für die Kinder,
Wat een pareltje! De tuin was geweldig voor avondbarbecues en het huisdiervriendelijke beleid stond ons toe om onze hond mee te nemen. De gastheren waren gastvrij en zorgden ervoor dat we ons thuis voelden.
Een vredige ontsnapping! De locatie is rustig, omgeven door de natuur, wat ons verblijf zeer ontspannend maakte. De kinderen vonden de waterglijbanen in het zwembad geweldig en we waardeerden de aandacht voor detail in het interieur van de villa.
