The river Ourthe, where you can fish if you have a fishing pass, is a few metres from the house. The Nature Park of the Two Ourthes (Sainte-Ode) is the starting point for many walks, over 400 km of which are signposted. At the National Gliding Centre, real adventurers can glide and admire the green surroundings from the air. 15 km away is La Roche-en-Ardenne, which is also well worth a visit. From the feudal castle you have a beautiful view over the valley. In winter, you can ski on the slopes of Bailet (Champlon).

The house was very comfortable and sufficient for 5 people plus 2 dogs. We forgot something on our way out at the end of the stay. The owners, who live right in front of the house, did ship it to our home address quickly.
