The house is large and comfortable, but not very conveniently laid out. Setting is beautiful, beautiful walks start at the door. A hefty deposit is requested, which we had to wait a long time for it to return. I found communication about this with the landlord unpleasant. Rent is exclusive of all other costs (electricity, water, oil, firewood), since the house is heated with oil, those costs rise considerably. When the weather is nice, the garden also looks lovely.
The perfectly equipped house is very quietly located on a river, close to the starting point of beautiful walks. highly recommended
Beautiful home. All amenities available. Ideally located next to a river. Nice big garden. Only the barbecue could have been better, is probably a hand-off from the family. Almost falls apart when you pick it up. On closer inspection, he falls apart, not nearly, but definitely.
Beautiful house in the middle of nature. Very cozy, among other things, because of the river that runs next to the house and the fireplace. Walk of 10km through the woods nearby. Ideal to enjoy the peace and nature! Don't hesitate!
Had a wonderful week at Villa La Statte. Modern sleek and freshly furnished house in nature. Excellent base for various hiking trails in the valleys and high moors.
We stayed a second time in the holiday home. Beautiful house, large bedrooms with good beds. Everything is available in the kitchen. Beautiful large garden and fantastic area for walking. It was a great weekend with summer weather.
