The homeowner is friendly and came to us after we called for the key. The cottage is fully furnished and neat inside. Too bad the dryer doesn't work. The house is dirty on the outside with cobwebs everywhere and the garden is not maintained and very wild. The fence in the back of the garden is broken and dangerous for children and dogs. Apart from that, we like it in itself and it is located in a beautiful nature reserve.
I wanted to contact you, Belvilla, the moment I was on site, but after repeated calls, I got no answer. It was 15.30 so you would expect someone to answer in peak season. So no more Belvilla for us. And the owner of the house has then solved the problem immediately. Top of that gentleman. Soery Belvilla, your service is very bad.
Hygiene could be much better. The garden was messy, the bbq was unusable.
