This charming holiday home is situated in Castellammare del Golfo, Sicily. There are 5 bedrooms which can accommodate 9 guests. It is perfect for a holiday with your family or with a group of friends. The villa has a private swimming pool where you can relax on a hot summer day.
The villa is perfectly situated to explore the area. At 150 m there is a wonderful sandy beach and 1 km from the center of Scopello lies with several restaurants and a supermarket.
The home is fully equipped and has a garden to relax in. There is a beautiful veranda with furniture to enjoy the view outside and there is a garden where you can wander. There is air conditioning as well as a heating facility to make the stay even more comfortable. You can dive in the freshwater pool during the day. You also have a solarium at your disposal.
The nearest Airport is Palermo airport (55 km).
Note: The Homeowner has installed a video surveillance system only in the external areas for security reasons. The villa has 4 cameras that only monitor the outside of the villa.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is huge, enough room for our group of friends, The location is excellent, close to Scopello and beautiful beaches, We cooked a couple of dinners on the BBQ, which was super easy, Just a heads up, the check-in process took a bit longer than expected, but once we were in, we loved it!
Nice, clean, and comfortable, The garden made for a great spot to relax after a long day, Just a short walk to the beach which was nice, Would recommend!
We had a pleasant experience overall, The bedrooms were comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days, The only downside was the lack of nearby public transport options, but we managed just fine with our rental car
Cet endroit est une perle ! La cuisine était entièrement équipée, ce qui a rendu la préparation des repas facile et agréable, Nous avons particulièrement aimé l'espace de restauration en plein air, Les enfants se sont bien amusés dans la piscine, et les plages à proximité étaient magnifiques, Nous reviendrions sans hésiter !
Une charmante maison de vacances ! La décoration était charmante et tout était bien entretenu, Nous avons apprécié le quartier calme, et le jardin offrait une belle échappatoire, À seulement quelques minutes en voiture de Scopello pour les options de restauration !
Quel bel endroit pour se détendre ! Le solarium était un endroit parfait pour prendre le soleil, et la proximité de la Riserva dello Zingaro était idéale pour la randonnée, Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous et nous recommanderions cette villa à quiconque recherchant une retraite paisible
