Located near the beach of the seaside resort of Moriani-Plage on the Costa Verde. In the surroundings there are many sports and leisure activities, golf, tennis, rafting, fishing, skiing, horse riding, swimming, mountain biking, water sports, hiking, spas (Thermal Spa), naturism, cinemas and entertainment. Visit the towns of Cervione (10 km) and Aleria (30 km).
The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building at the edge of the communal swimming pool. It has a bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a large balcony with a magnificent view of the park. Laze on the sun loungers around the pool. The park is car-free as everything is within walking distance. So you can walk to the beach or the restaurants in the resort area Moriani-Plage.
For arrivals and departures outside the regular arrival/departures an amount of € 45, - (to be paid locally) is charged. The electricity consumption cost will be charged on-site.

Kortom, een geweldige ervaring! Het uitzicht vanuit onze kamer was adembenemend en we genoten van de lokale zeevruchten. Een perfecte mix van ontspanning en avontuur.
Wat een juweeltje van een plek! Olivi - Tutto is het perfecte Toscaanse toevluchtsoord, met zijn charmante rustieke inrichting en rustige tuin. We brachten onze dagen ontspannend door bij het privézwembad, genietend van de zon en genietend van het prachtige uitzicht,
Espaciosa, limoen en goed uitgerust, De keuken is wat je hoeft te doen, en het fruit van onze maaltijden op het terras, De kleintjes die niet kunnen zwemmen in het waterpark, hoe meer je kunt zorgen voor je familievakantie,
Ruim en schoon, het appartement voldeed aan onze behoeften. De keuken was goed uitgerust, waardoor koken gemakkelijk was. Niet te ver van een aantal leuke restaurants. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding!
