This modern apartment for up to 6 people is located in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful Lake Zell in Zell am See in Salzburgerland, close to the lifts to the Schmittenhöhe ski area and a short distance to the beautiful golf courses.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large living room with dining and sitting area, a balcony and a separate modern and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has two large bedrooms (one with an extra bunk bed), a modern bathroom, a washing machine and a bicycle storage room. You can park directly at the apartment.
The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape and just a short walk from the apartment is the famous Lake Zell, ideal for a refreshing swim in summer with the Seespitz lidos in Zell am See and Thumersbach in Maishofen. The Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm and the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden also offer lots of bathing fun in summer! A tip for the whole year is the Tauern Spa in Kaprun with various pools and sauna and wellness areas.
In just a few minutes with the "AreitXpress" you are on your skis and with the SKI ALPIN CARD you can enjoy the large regional ski area, with the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See, the Maiskogel ski area and the glacier ski area in Kaprun and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area with a total of over 400 kilometers of slopes.
Right in the center of Zell am See there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 1 hour by car.

The apartment was very well furnished. Nice dining table bench and good chairs, neat couch and relax chair. kitchen very complete with all possible equipment and complete cutlery. The beds were fine. The area is very quiet so sleep at night. Furthermore, you are close to the ski lift, you have to walk to the main street for the ski bus or by car that is only 2 -3 minutes to the Parking. is that there is a google chromecast available so that you can already stream favorite channels, Netflix etc. Top location and highly recommended.
Very nice accommodation with everything you need ... great large rooms and very nice bathroom! All in all highly recommended! Landlords are always available by email!
Dutch owner had already wished us a pleasant trip in advance. Very attentive. Telephone number received from contact person on site. I had agreed with her what time we would be there. Apartment on the ground floor. Fully equipped. Very clean and more than enough pots, pans, etc. available. With a car you are at the slopes within a few minutes, where there is more than enough parking space. More is close by. Highly recommended.
Smooth reception, not by owners themselves but local contact person. But owners very easily accessible via whatsapp. Nice and spacious apartment, good beds.
