The “Mas Jonquer” country house is located in Vilanant, just 10 minuts from Figueres, main city of the area Alt Empordà, in the Northeast of Spain.The house is situated betwen two villages, Vilanant and Cistella. Supermarkets are 10-15 minuts from the house. Near the house there is a cattle farm. Eight bedrooms are available, each with a bathroom complete with shower unit, as well as television, air conditioning and heating. Five bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and three bedrooms host two single beds that are pushed together. One bedroom on the ground floor is wheelchair-accessible with a wheelchair-accessible bathroom and a special shower chair. There are five more are on the first floor and the remaining two are on the third floor. There is place for 5 extra beds and 3 cods. The kitchen is fully furnished including cooker, oven, grill, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The living room features a digital television, one dining where there is a big table and a game rooms, a number of board games popular with all age groups are available and books. The spacious garden measures 8,000 m² and is a small oasis of beautiful peace and quiet. The pool area is fenced, a large swimming pool as well as a pool for children, from the middle of May until end September. In the pool area there are two rooms; one offers a toilet and the other one hosts a freezer for the clients. Tennis court, small football field, basketball hoop, volleyball, table tennis, badminton. Parties with music in the garden after 23h are not allowed. Big speakers not allowed The house is not isolated, the owners live in that small neighborhood, they look after the big pool and garden early morning and night, to keep all the facilities that the villa offers perfect for costumers, you will have privacy and a fantastic time. Near the neighborhood there is a farm of calf. This is the countryside, perfect for families with children. The nearest supermarket is 8 kilometres away and the nearest restaurant 2 km. The town of Figueres is at 10 kilometres distance and there are plenty of shops, the Museum Dalí, fruit/vegetable market three times a week, bars and restaurants. Barcelona is just 50 minuts by train and the beaches 30 kilometres. 18 holes golf course at 15 minuts and beautiful villages at 20 minuts ( Besalú, Banyoles) , Girona at 40 minuts.
