This idyllic holiday home with ideal facilities for young and old invites you to spend your holiday there. The large lawned plot with ample parking facilities on the edge of the forest is situated on the edge (approx. 1 km) of the largest lake in Härjedalen, which is 60 km² in size. The terrace runs around approx. 2/3 of the house and is partly covered. Garden furniture, barbecue and a parasol are available. Bicycles (five, including one for children) are available for hire. An old one is included in the rental price. A rowing boat is included by arrangement (must be pre-booked). In addition to the main building, the house also has a guest house with a double bed (two mattresses each 0.80 m x 2.00 m). There are also three bedrooms in the main house. The first room is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). The loft is furnished with a double bed, which can also be separated into two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m). In another bedroom there is a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and above it a single bed (0.80 m x 2.00 m). In the last room, the children's room, you will find a bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m). A cot is also available and can be set up as required. The spacious living room with a soapstone stove has an 85-inch Smart TV with DVD player, satellite TV (German), massage chair and an exercise bike. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine, etc. In the utility room you will find a washing machine and an ironing board with iron. The bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC is located at the back of the house. The complete room layout can be seen in the floor plan. All rooms are accessible at ground level via a three-step external staircase. A sandy beach is approx. 2 km away. Almost all summer and winter sports activities can be undertaken directly from the house. Sweden's major ski resorts are 50 - 60 km away (golf course 29 km, airport to Stockholm 27 km, shopping and swimming pool 22 km). Fishing, hunting, water sports, cycling, skiing or simply relaxing is what Sweden is known for. The house is so well equipped that you won't miss a thing. From toys to fishing rod stands, everything is available or can be rented as an option.
