The check in and check out process was horrible. We booked the apartment for a day earlier than our flight got in so we could get in the apartment in the morning and take a nap. They had everything so messed up that it took four phone calls and a few emails to get in. We stood outside the apartment for hours while they tried to figure it out. All said and done we paid for an extra day and only got in two hours early. You have a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment to get the keys and you also have to return the keys in the same place. The apartment itself was smaller than it looked in the pictures. It was also very warm and the fans need replacing. It was extremely beat up, paint peeling, floors crumbling and the shelves were all on a slant.

Zocht iets eenvoudigs en netjes dicht bij centraal Parijs en kreeg verse lakens erbij evenals warm water plus een handige koffiemachine vlak bovenaan de trap dichtbij allerlei cafés.

The arrival process was terrible. We never got the code to give the person at the shop where we were supposed to recuperate the key. It took two hours trying on the phone to contact belvilla or checkmyguest for help. After a 6 hours filght to get to Paris and an hour to get our luggage, plus an other one hour plus to get to shop to get the key, having to try to get in touch with someone for two hours, was very unerving. When I finally got in touch with someone the service was good an efficient. But when getting to the appartment, I had to call again, and still could not get an answer. If ever I try to rent another appartment in the future, I will nerve do business with bellevilla. As soon as I see that belvilla handles the reservation, I WILL CANCEL THE RESERVATION RIGHT AWAY!!! The appartment itself was very correct. The bed was very big and comfortable. The space is smaller than on the pictures, but enjoyable non the less. You have to walk quite a good distance in order to get to or from the metro.

Internet via DSL werkte betrouwbaar om werkzaamheden zonder onderbrekingen of vertragingen tijdens gesprekken af te ronden.

We vonden het studio-appartement gezellig genoeg voor twee personen met een goed tweepersoonsbed plus een zithoek ernaast beschikbaar. De keuken maakte het gemakkelijk om maaltijden binnen te bereiden waardoor we flexibeler waren tijdens onze reis.

Great location! Comfortable apartment with a quiet courtyard.

Disappointed with the accommodation. Wwobbly glass tables in danger of tipping over and breaking, slanting shelves which caused wine glass to smash. Kitchen poorly designed, so small you couldnt stand in front of the sink, had to stand at an angle. Limited kitchen equipment - only 2 wine glasses, no corkscrew, no draining board or teatowels. TV controls didnt work. Shower left bad smell after use, floor starting to come up and paint peeling off of tge wall. A very tired looking property. The only positive was the location of the flat - close to shops, restaurants and the metro. Would not return to this property.

The mattress was firm yet inviting. It worked well for a brief visit.

Smaller than expected but bed is comfortable, shower is good and very quiet. Plus location fabulous!

I was pleasantly surprised by how charming this studio is, The neighborhood buzzes with life, and we loved being able to step out and find great food and coffee nearby,

The room may be small, but it was cozy and well-located, just a short walk from the Republique and Temple metro stations, The key collection process was straightforward, and I appreciated the abundance of soft towels and a comfy bed,

There are many unexpected rules when visiting this place! And it is just too small to sleep with 3 or 4 people! The kitchen is too small to even prepare anything, But the environment of the Airbnb is very nice!
