This is a 4-bedroom holiday home in Somme-Leuze, resting in the heart of Belgian Ardennes. There is a private furnished garden, which offers beautiful views of the region and ample space to relax. You can spend a relaxing holiday here with a family or a group of 9 members.
Somme-Leuze rests in the Valley of Taste and offers a lovely holiday amid beautiful natural surroundings. You can go hiking and cycling on the signposted trails and later, enjoy a scrumptious meal at one of the world-famous restaurants. Supermarkets are 4 km away. For a refreshing swim, you can head to the public swimming pool at 13 km. You can visit Durbuy and Liege easily by car.
The holiday home has a wood stove for indoor heating. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen to grab a quick cup at any time of the day. In the evenings, you can set up a barbecue in the garden and enjoy it. There is a lovely terrace to relax and linger all day long. Children can play ball games on the lawn. Parking is available.

Great location with beautiful surroundings where you have a huge piece of land to yourself. Nice new kitchen, recently installed which looks very modern and nice. However, on arrival about 200 flies present in the house..... Constantly having to exercise the same week to chase all flies away. Final score 200+/- flies killed not a pretty sight.

The house is in a beautiful place and indeed has a wide view which is very beautiful. However, the house itself is in a lesser condition. We have indicated many points for improvement, but the question is what will be done with it. It is a 9 person house. We were 7 people and there was not enough cutlery and glassware for that. There were also extremely many flies in and around the house, later in the week we also had extreme nuisance from wasps in the house (there appeared to be 2 nests in the wall near the large bedroom upstairs). All in all, we do not look back positively on the house itself, luckily the environment makes a lot of good!
Receipt of key was fine. Explanation was good. House looked neat only the kitchen content was not clean. Many dirty plates, glasses and cups stuck to the bottom of the cupboard. Many dirty cutlery and some with rust. Dishwasher smelled terrible. In short, not hygienic in the kitchen. Rest of house was clean. Toilet downstairs was loose.
The area was nice close to Durbuy
Everything in order. Hours for picking up the key should be a little later on Friday for people who drive from their work to the Ardennes. Until 21h would be perfect.
