This modern holiday home with jauzzi and sauna is located in Somme-Leuze, a municipality in the province of Namur. The holiday home is both modern and comfortably furnished to make you feel immediately at home. Perfectly equipped, it can accommodate 14 people.
In this region near the Somme Leuze, you can discover interesting places such as Durbuy, La-Roche-en-Ardenne or even Marche-en-Famenne. Activities such as hiking, biking, rafting and many more are possible in this area.
On the first floor, you will find 4 bedrooms, including 2 family rooms with mezzanine, including 2 double beds each (one downstairs and the second on a large mezzanine with the bathroom.) The outdoor area is just as comfortable: there you will find a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and a garden with a small playground for children. The highlight of this holiday home is its small outbuilding hosting a jacuzzi and a sauna.

There were 6 of us and we booked the accommodation for a week. Looking back, we would not book this house together again. Here are the reasons/experiences. A week before the vacation, I tried to contact the host. By WhatsApp, email and telephone. I was not answered on any of the channels, so I wrote to Belvilla. Here I was only told that they were trying to contact the host and that the key was on site. My questions about the accommodation were not answered. Only when we checked in did the host answer the phone to give the PIN for the box. The house looks pretty good at first glance, but a lot was missing and there wasn't even any basic equipment. - there was half a roll of toilet paper in the entire house - There was no soap at all. There wasn't even a soap dispenser in every bathroom. And the ones that were there looked like they hadn't been used for half a year. The house also had a long list of defects. - Room doors don't close and open by themselves - Room door drags on the floor - Bed linen is washed but has holes and stains - A bed simply collapsed after being put in it twice - Toilet paper dispenser simply falls out of the wall - The balls at the pool table fall to the floor because the nets/holes are broken. - There were no pucks for air hockey. We were given some when we asked. - The house is extremely noisy. You can communicate normally from bathroom to bathroom - The shower heads are partly completely covered in limescale - There are not toilet brushes in every bathroom. - Many of the jets and controls in the whirlpool no longer work - There are a lot of silverfish in the house The house and the bathrooms were mostly clean, but it could definitely be more thorough. Just for your information. There are cameras in all the living areas. The owner can't do anything about the house next door. People celebrated here until 3 a.m. over the weekend and played loud football outside. We booked through HomeToGo. It doesn't mention that the heating costs/water and electricity have to be paid separately. Only after you have booked do you get a contract and a list of these costs through Belvilla. That's not acceptable.... As I said, we wouldn't book the house again.
